  • On-sale Items: All on-sale items are not refundable.

  • Returns: We accept returns for full refunds within 14 days from the shipment date, only if the item(s) are in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and protective films intact.

  • Inspection: All returned products are subject to inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Third-Party Purchases: This policy applies only to purchases made on our website. Purchases from third-party sellers cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to their respective returns and refunds policy for such purchases.

Return / Exchange for Quality Issues

For products with quality problems purchased on our website, you can request a return or exchange within one month from the date of purchase. Please satisfy the "Return / Exchange Conditions" described below, and the quality problems must be verified by our after-sales service center.


a. Small threads, raw edges, color differences due to different monitors, thickness of the products, running threads, hand-feel, and other similar details are not recognized as quality issues.

b. Return or exchange due to reasons such as style, color, and subjective preferences are not considered as quality issues.

c. Damage caused by improper use, wash, or alterations by the customer will not be considered as quality issues.

d. Defects clearly indicated at the time of purchase, such as B-grade or products with cosmetic defects, are not considered as quality problems and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

e. Size issues: Please refer to the size chart when selecting your size. Customer service can only provide suggestions and cannot be the basis for your final purchase decision. Returns or exchanges due to size issues are not considered as quality issues.

f. Size specifications: The size specifications of the product shall be subject to the actual product.


We are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a full refund and place a new order. This return request must be received within 45 days from the shipment date. Refunds will be processed upon receiving your return.
