Warranty

During the warranty period, you can enjoy free maintenance and repair services, which lasts for 12 months (from the date of purchase), provided that you can provide a valid original invoice issued by an authorized retailer.

Within the warranty period (within 1 year from the date of purchase):

• Products are entitled to free repair services during the warranty period, excluding damage caused by human factors and normal wear and tear*.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our company.
• The return shipping cost after the product has been repaired will be covered by our company.

*Please note that the following situations do not qualify for free maintenance and repair services:

a. Normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses and other surface areas.

b. Damage caused directly or indirectly by human accidents, negligence, improper use, over heated, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.

c. Rips/damage caused while being used outside of normal scope of use

d. Breakdown of materials over extended periods of use
